Blogger’s Guide to London

Some argue there's no place like it. Some say it's the greatest city on Earth. Some live within its walls and others visit just for a day. Whatever your reason for checking it out, one thing's for sure - you must check it out at least once. This is London, and it's one of our all-time favourite locations. Yes, with our Chelsea Harbour Hotel located at its heart, we've got a soft spot for the English capital. That's why we've decided to produce a comprehensive guide to London. In it you'll find top tips on what to do, where to go, things to see and places to eat. With a sprawling underbelly of fantastic entertainment, you'll need a helping hand to make sure you make the most out of your trip. There are simply too many things to do in London to approach it without a guide in your back pocket.

London: Larger than life

The capital of England is renowned for its double decker buses and its black cabs. When people think London, they think the Queen, Tower Bridge, Houses of Parliament and the Tate Modern. Oh and not forgetting platform nine and three quarters. London is all of this and so much more. From The Shard to the London Eye, from Brick Lane to the British Museum, it's quite simply a wonderful city brimming with opportunity.

If you're planning a visit, it's well worth doing your research first. Places like the National History Museum, the Science Museum and the National Gallery offer such a vast array of exhibitions that it's wise to check out what's going on before you book your travel. On an overnight stay, a trip to the West End is a must. Catching an awesome production in one of the world's theatrical hot-spots is guaranteed to give you a night to remember.

Like most capitals, London is a city of opposites. From intimate, dimly lit pubs to celebrity-strewn restaurants, it's got something for every taste. So don't hang about - get your booking hat on. London's calling.
