The Fine Print: To take part in the Millennium & Copthorne Hotels 'City View' competition, entries must be received by 31 October 2012. To enter, upload your picture to any online host, making sure that it is publically visible. Tweet the url of the image and include #CityView and @MillenniumEU. The rights to the picture entered must be owned by the entrant. Millennium & Copthorne Hotels is not liable for any plagiarised entries, and by entering this competition, the entrant agrees to indemnify Millennium & Copthorne Hotels in full for any breach of third party intellectual property rights. The Millennium & Copthorne Hotels 'City View' competition is a global competition which is open to those who are aged 18 or over only. One entry per person. Millennium & Copthorne Hotels reserves the right to exclude from the competition any entry that does not meet criteria set out in these terms and conditions. Winners will be notified after 31 October 2012 via Twitter. The tweet will contain details of how to claim the prize. Prizes are: Most Shared - Friday and Saturday night dinner, bed and breakfast for 2 people, at any Millennium & Copthorne hotel in UK. Most Dramatic - Friday and Saturday night bed and breakfast for 2 people and bottle of wine on arrival, at any Millennium & Copthorne hotel in UK. Most Creative - Friday and Saturday night bed and breakfast for 2 people, at any Millennium & Copthorne hotel in UK. Honourable Mentions 1 - £75 restaurant voucher, at any Millennium & Copthorne hotel in UK. Honourable Mentions 2 - £50 restaurant voucher, at any Millennium & Copthorne hotel in UK. The competition winner must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels reserves the right to select an alternative winner should a prize not be claimed. The prize is only valid for 6 months from the date that the prize is claimed and the prize is only redeemable at Millennium & Copthorne hotels in the UK (stay dates are subject to availability). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise and no cash alternative will be offered. Millennium & Copthorne Hotels reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Liability cannot be accepted for entries which are lost in transit or not received by Millennium & Copthorne Hotels due to technical difficulties. Millennium & Copthorne Hotels reserves the right to appoint third party judges to choose winners for each category. Judges' decisions will be final. The 'Most Shared' category will be judged based on number of retweets. Any decision taken by Millennium & Copthorne Hotels is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering into this competition, the entrant grants to Millennium & Copthorne Hotels a non exclusive, perpetual, royalty free license to use the photography and images in its blog for the purpose of this competition.
